Noren Mt. Fuji

Noren (暖 簾) are decorative Japanese curtains in hemp or cotton cloth that, hanged at doors, are used as a division between settings, even internal and external such as houses and shops entrances. At MARU we also offer them as wall hanged like beautiful tapestries. Takada-San ones are hand-decorated with the traditional dyeing technique called Katazome. Kata means stencil and Zome (or Some) dyeing.
