Vittore Tasca, born in Bassano del Grappa in 1959, began working in 1980 in the family workshop “Alessio Tasca di Pianezzola Elva”, taking it over in 1994, maintaining the “Alessio Tasca di Vittore Tasca” logo.
His father Alessio Tasca (Nove 1929-2020), after his training at the Art Institutes of Venice and Florence, worked as a teacher (1948-1979) at the Art Institute of Nove and in 1961 opened his own workshop where he produced the well-known majolica in “lobster red” (Palladio Prize 1962) and where from 1967 he produced one of the most original series of majolica.
Vittore’s production continues the tradition of his father’s ceramics with innovative and personal elements.
