2. contract
The product for sale on www.marumilano.it website are subject to availability.
The contract pledged between Maru srl and the Client on our website is meant concluded once the client confirms that wants to purchase the products as described in the specific section of the website and makes the payment as written at point 3 of the terms and conditions.
Once the order is confirmed and the payment is done, the contract is closed.
In addition to the order confirmation on the website, by putting the product in the basket and by clicking on the confirmation button, it is also possible to order the products via telephone, via email or by coming directly to the store.

The payment can be made via Visa and Mastercard credit card, Satispay, Paypal and bank transfer at the following bank account:

Maru delivers to Italy, Europe and all over the world. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (of whom Swizterland, Norway, United Kingdom and Northern Irland) we kindly ask you to send us an email and we will provide you with a personalized quotation made with our trustworthy courier.
Through our e-commerce we manage the shipping to the countries inside the European Union; in the case of hulking tables and interior products orders we kindly ask you to send us an email to manage the shipping through our trustworthy courier.
The delivery is meant to be on street (to delivers on the floor we kindly ask you to send us an email and we will provide you a personalized quotation).

Delivery times are usually 2/3 days if the goods are in the storehouse; if the goods are not in the storehouse delivery times can reach even 6/8 weeks.
The products are shipped through our trustworyhy courier, and the goods are insured for purchases greater or equal to 150,00€.
In case of shipping to cap codes in difficult areas to reach Maru reserves one’s right to apply an additional charge.
The storehouse will be closed during weekend, august and after Christmas until the epiphany. The orders made throughout these closures will be taken care of at the opening of the store that is the next Monday, at the beginning of September or after epiphany. On our website the customers will be informed following the calendar in force.

5. right of withdrawal
The customer has the right of withdrawal from the contract closed with the seller within 14 days from the date of the product’s delivery to the customer.
The client has the right to withdraw by sending a pec to maru.srl@legalmail.it or a registered mail to the company legal address. It is necessary Maru’s authorization to make the return of the product, that must be delivered again in its original packaging.
Shipments costs are paid by the customer.
We remind that the right of withdrawal is not applied to custom made products, personalized or to those that cannot be returned as they could be damaged on the way.
The normative is only for final customers, not for those who act for professional purposes even if they are natural person or legal ones.
