Magewappa – Shaku round tray

Magewappa tray, made of Akita cedar wood lacquered in vermilion red, crafted in the city of Odate in northern Japan. The shaku (尺) is an ancient Japanese unit of length corresponding to approximately one foot (30.3 cm). The joint detail is made from cherry bark. It can also be used as plate for serving food directly. Food containing grease isn’t recommended. Avoid metal cutlery.
